King Arthur Baking has been 100 percent owned by its employees since the Sands family sold it to them in 2004, and it has been a certified B Corp since 2007. Its flour and mixes sit on baking-aisle shelves; the Vermont company also sells tools, ingredients and online classes from its own shop.
