Women in Cleantech & Sustainability is taking applications for the 11th cohort of its mentorship program, running January through March 2027. Mentees are paired one-on-one with an experienced professional, meet roughly every two weeks, and join three virtual cohort sessions on career vision, personal branding and next steps, plus an optional networking event in April.
Mentees: women pursuing a career in cleantech or sustainability with fewer than five years of experience, or making a transition into the field. Active WCS membership is required and space is limited. Apply as a mentee.
Mentors: professionals of any gender with six or more years in cleantech, sustainability or the clean economy who can commit to the full three months. Apply as a mentor.
Applications are open through November 25, with placements announced December 17. The program is virtual, so Bay Area applicants may be matched with mentors anywhere. WCS has an active San Francisco chapter and a membership page with individual, startup and corporate options. Questions go to careerdev@womencleantechsustainability.org.
