Bay Area impact events, September 7 through 13
The calendar comes back from the long weekend all at once. Tuesday is the busiest night of the week, six gatherings after five o'clock spread across San Francisco, the Peninsula and the East Bay, and Thursday is not far behind. Two we would flag first: the Doughnut Economics potluck at Trellis on Thursday, and Manny's hosting two Berkeley economists arguing opposite sides of the California billionaire tax on Tuesday, which is about as useful an hour as you can spend before November.
